Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product has a major failure.

Change of mind

Please contact us promptly if you wish to return an unused product. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion where the item is unopened, in original condition and suitable for resale.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and clear details or photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
